  • Cataract - A cloudy or opaque area in the normally clear lens of the eye.
  • Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) - Is a common cause of red, itchy eyes.
  • Diabetic Retinopathy - Diabetes causes sight-threatening retinal degradation. It is the leading cause of vision loss and blindness among Americans who are under the age of 65.
  • Glaucoma - Glaucoma damages the optic nerve and diminishes the field of vision.
  • Keratoconus - Identifies an eye with an extremely unusual shape and requires special contact lenses to provide good vision.
  • Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) - Age-related macular degeneration, often called AMD or ARMD, is the leading cause of vision loss and blindness among Americans who are age 65 and older. Because people in this group are an increasingly larger percentage of the general population, vision loss from macular degeneration is a growing problem.
  • Dry Eye and Tear Deficiency Problems - The tears your eyes produce are necessary for overall eye health and clear vision. Dry eye means that your eyes do not produce enough tears or that you produce tears which do not have the proper chemical composition.
  • Lasik - Laser vision correction (LASIK) is an ophthalmic procedure that corrects nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism to eliminate the need for glasses or contact lenses.
